I want to start this post by saying a huge “THANK YOU” to everyone who came out to our party and made it a success!!! We had so much fun hanging out with all of you and showing you around the studio. Below are some behind the scenes images from the party. I was so busy talking to everyone at the party that I forgot to take pictures during, so you will have to use your imagination and fill the studio with gorgeous ladies and gents. : )

I wish I would have snapped a few pics of the makeup demo, but the room was too full and I didn’t want to disrupt while Chrystal was working her magic. ; P Check out Emily’s before and after . . . she was absolutely gorgeous to begin with, but she is a bombshell with professional hair and makeup!

As women we are all fascinated with before and after pictures. Let’s face it . . . we love to see transformations.
I decided to start taking before photos of all of my clients to show them their transformations, because I wanted to prove to them that no matter what flaws they see when the look in the mirror they are truly beautiful and they can have magazine worthy photos. My fabulous makeup artist and hair stylist Chrystal Miller will be doing a live makeover at our upcoming Champagne Party open house. I want to thank you for helping give my boyfriend “the present ever” according to him. I honestly do not know how I will top this year’s anniversary/birthday gifts. We shared the opening of the album together, then of course he had to share it with the world. Everyone loved the pictures and said it was tastefully done. Furthermore, I want to thank you for making me realize that I am far more sexier than I thought. I’ve never felt better about myself than I do right now. It was an amazing experience and I hope to do (this) with my boyfriend real soon.

I am so excited that Mrs. M graciously gave me permission to share her images on the blog! Mrs. M decided to do a session both for herself and her husband as a Christmas gift. She was so much fun to work with and you would never guess her age (shhh . . . over 60! Totally UNBELIEVABLE right!?!). Not only is she stunning, she also has such a genuinely sweet personality that I immediately had the feeling that we were good friends! : )

Today is Boudoir Chic’s 2nd birthday! When I started my boudoir business back in February of 2010, I never dreamed it would have such a huge impact on my life and the lives of all of the women I photograph. Shooting boudoir has given me an opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and it has also increased my love for photography as an art form. I am so excited to have an opportunity to change the lives of another group of gorgeous women this year by building their confidence and showing them how stunning they are despite all of the flaws they see when they look in the mirror!
Thank you to all of the women who have inspired me and helped me grow over the past two years! I look forward to new boudoir adventures this year with more enthusiasm than ever!
